Overview
Anima Squad is one of the premier comps in TFT Set 14: Cyber City and the best way to play this comp is through the vertical trait that unlocks new weapons at the (3), (5), and (7) thresholds. Below is the board you're looking to play.
When to Play
You have Seraphine and Sylas early
You hit an Anima Squad augment on 2-1
You have a Sword and don't know what else to play
How to Play
This comp really wants to win early -- it can be hard to snap back from a bad health deficit because you are then very reliant on hitting both Xayah2 and Leona2 on Stage 4. This means you really should be angling this comp when you have Seraphine2 or Sylas2 and a third Anima Squad early (Vayne or Illaoi). In the mid game, you want to play 5 Anima Squad and one upgraded Vanguard (Vi is good) or Bastion (Shyvana is ideal).

You run Seraphine or Vayne before Aurora. I prefer selling Vayne for her so I can keep Seraphine's Techies trait in case I decide to play Viego at level 9.
If your HP is precarious, or if there are very strong players in the lobby (people who were able to rush level 9 or have a Cypher cash out), you can just roll on level 8 until you hit Xayah2 and Leona2. You want at least one copy of each on your initial roll down on 4-2, and then from there you can roll to 10 gold every turn until you pair both of them. Once you have pairs of each, you can roll to 0 for them.
If you have an emblem, you can drop Vayne or Seraphine early and play Viego, Renekton, or Sejuani (any of them work. I like Viego if you have lots of items and Renekton if you don't).

1st weapon: UwU Blasters > Guide Hex > Blade-o-rang
2nd weapon: Ani-Mines > Vortext Glove > Searing Shortbow
3rd Weapon: Gatling Gun > The Annhilator > Tornadoes (if you have MR Shred, Tornadoes can be the best option)
