After a quick B-Patch last week, TFT faces its first major patch of the set with a lot of buffs across the board to try to bring stuff up to par.

Buffs
Boombots: Damage increased at (6)
Golden Ox: Damage and gold chance increased
Poppy: Damage increased
Shaco: Damage increased
Naafiri: Lots of buffs to stats and abilities
Gragas: Mana for second cast buffed
Jarvan IV: Lots of buffs to stats and bilities
Annie: Damage increased
Cho'Gath: Scaling with HP increased
Miss Fortune: Stronger without Syndicate, weaker with
Samira: 5 AD
Nerfs
Rengar: Damage and healing decreased
Adjustments
Exotech: All items balanced to perform more evenly
Nitro: Generally nerfed but stacks faster with star levels
Twisted Fate: Base TF buffed, Syndicate Boss TF nerfed
