Otherwise, it's the usual balance changes!

System Changes
Opening Encounters
Two-star 2-cost opening encounter removed
To Split or Not to Split opening encounter removed (you will still see the regular one, just not the encounter that makes it happen after every carousel)

Buffs
Anima Squad (3) weapons damage increased by 10%
Exotech (7) AS per item increased 9% -> 11% and HP 225 -> 240
Techie AP on (6) and (8) increased by 5 and 10 respectively
Kindred multiple damage buffs
Graves multiple damage buffs
LeBlanc ability damage increased
Vayne mana buffed
Veigar damage increased
Rengar base AD increased
Aurora ability damage increased
Alistar, Kog'Maw, Seraphine, and Vi all buffed at 3 stars
Nerfs
Leona mana nerf
A.M.P. (5) HP decreased
Bastion (4) and (6) nerfed
Boombot (6) missile damage decreased
Rapidfire (6) AS per stack decreased
Conclusion
Light patch overall, probably because of the new items. Don't expect too many changes to the meta.
Nitro reroll was already trending upwards and may be even better now with the Kindred buff
LeBlanc reroll could be worth trying
Rengar reroll was already okay and may be worth playing even more now if you don't have many Street Demon players in your lobby
The main thing to watch is the new items -- keep an eye on their stats here!
