Azir

  • W — Arise!

    • Scorch, Liandry’s Torment, Blackfire Torch, and Hextech Alternator now deal 100% damage on-hit instead of 50%.

    • Conqueror applies 2 stacks on-hit instead of 1.

    • Press the Attack now applies to the primary target.

  • R — Emperor’s Divide

    • Now knocks back jungle monsters.

Corki

  • Attack Damage growth: 2 ⇒ 2.5

  • R — Missile Barrage

    • Remaining recharge reduction from attacks: 2–4 ⇒ 2–6 seconds, based on critical strike chance.

  • Fixed Combusting Interest failing to grant gold for damage-over-time effects.

  • Smolder can no longer be offered Combusting Interest.

  • Fixed It’s Go Time interactions with Master Yi E, Ashe Q, and Twitch Q.

  • Fixed High Roller sometimes failing to drop an Anvil.

  • Fixed Drop Bear sometimes dying immediately after spawning.

  • Fixed additional active summoners being offered after Shark Tempest and SnowBomb.

  • Pursuit of Haste is no longer offered to Yasuo E.

    • Hexbolt triggers reduce its cooldown by 2 seconds.

    • Max-level capstone triggers even when already invulnerable.

    • Quantum Computing multicasts with a 0.25-second delay, up to 3.5 seconds of invulnerability.

  • Jeweled Gauntlet + Vulnerability

    • Fixed an issue that could prevent spell critical strikes.

    • Double Tap: 5-second per-spell cooldown.

    • Critical Rhythm: 4-second per-spell cooldown.

  • Twin Fire:

    Disabled.

  • Upgrade: Collector

    • Level 1 execution threshold: 0.75 (16.25%) ⇒ 0.5 (12.5%)

    • Level 2 execution threshold: 1.25 (23.75%) ⇒ 1 (20%)

General changes

  • Remake votes now begin automatically when eligible.

  • Deafen and self-mute can only be toggled once every 60 seconds.

  • The buff bar has been decluttered:

    • Redundant and low-impact effects were removed.

    • Timed item buffs were generally moved onto inventory item displays.

    • Very short debuffs and effects—approximately 0.25 seconds—are no longer displayed.

  • Fixed Caitlyn’s Headshot sometimes failing to fire from brush.

  • Ranked Season 2 ends at 23:59 local server time on July 28. Season 3 begins at noon local server time on July 29 with patch 26.15.
