General changes
Remake votes now begin automatically when eligible.
Deafen and self-mute can only be toggled once every 60 seconds.
The buff bar has been decluttered:
Redundant and low-impact effects were removed.
Timed item buffs were generally moved onto inventory item displays.
Very short debuffs and effects—approximately 0.25 seconds—are no longer displayed.
Fixed Caitlyn’s Headshot sometimes failing to fire from brush.
Ranked Season 2 ends at 23:59 local server time on July 28. Season 3 begins at noon local server time on July 29 with patch 26.15.
